Prescribing Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists and Clinicians (FILLED)
Description
Do you consider yourself an exceptional Psychopharmacologist, a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist, or a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who can connect with children, adolescents, and adults? Moreover, as a prescribing clinician, can you form a collaborative working relationship with parents?
Would you like a fee-for-service practice environment to choose your clients and have a great deal of autonomy, yet you’re disinclined to take on the hassles of marketing and running a small business yourself?
We offer an opportunity for flexible work hours so you can spend more time with family, more time for non-work related pursuits, or downshift to a semi-retired status.
Ideal candidates are individuals interested in exclusively or primarily offering medication evaluations and conservative management to our adults, adolescents, and younger children (if appropriate).
This Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist position has excellent earning potential, a 100% commission pay structure with a generous pay split, a strong referral base from mid-sized practice and underserved regional communities, and flexible work hours. Furthermore, we offer health insurance plans for full-time employees, a 4% 401K matching program, a CEU/CME reimbursement program, liability insurance paid, and a w-2 position.
Minimum Requirements Include:
- Board Certification
- Excellence in psychopharmacology skills
- Collaborative commitment with colleagues
- Exceptional rapport skills with patients (respectful and relationally oriented) and their parents
- Conscientious work ethic, especially concerning communication follow-up with clients and timely responsiveness to refill requests.
