Director of Administrative Hospitality
Hello, I’m Petra Desmond, the Director of Administrative Hospitality at Kentlands Psychotherapy. I’m generally in the office on Mondays. I’ll be working in the white furniture area past the restroom. You may not see me when you come in, as I’ll be working behind the curtain to assist with all daily practice management concerns. I work closely with my assistant, Keirsten Lee, and your clinicians to ensure your experience with us is exceptional. Please communicate directly with your therapist to discuss setting and rescheduling appointments. But if you have a question about your account balance or request receipts for insurance reimbursement, please let me know. I’m here to help.
Petra Desmond is fluent in English, French, and German.
