Are you looking to jump-start improvements in your relationship with your spouse or partner? Are you searching for something more concentrated than weekly couples therapy? Do both of you feel ready to incorporate new communication skills so that you can feel the benefits in your relationship immediately?

Discover The Art and Science of Love at a world-renowned weekend workshop developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman in Seattle, WA. During this workshop, you will experience two days of engaging presentations and experiential activities designed to confirm, strengthen, or restore your love. These workshops are:

– For couples of every age, marital status, and sexual orientation.

– Shown to achieve results similar to those of 6 months of marital therapy.

– Producing positive results for 94% of those who attended.

Based on over 40 years of research with thousands of couples, The Art and Science of Love couples weekend workshop will give you new insights and research-based skills that can dramatically improve intimacy and friendship in your relationship and help you manage conflict in a healthy, positive way. Along with the memory of reconnecting and the knowledge that “we can do this,” you will take home a box set of cards, tools, and tips to support your relationship in your everyday lives.

Our winter workshop was a huge success! We had a terrific group of participants with many wonderful compliments to offer our Gottman Certified facilitator, Angele Voegele, LCSW-C. Her workshop retreat has been ranked 4.86 on a 5-point scale!

Reviews of Angela’s Workshop

“We loved the workshop and didn’t lose any of the quality by taking it online. We had signed up to do it in person, but in the end, we didn’t feel comfortable being in person for personal health reasons. Angela was very flexible and helpful in developing a virtual option, which worked flawlessly. We had all the benefits of the course and interaction with Angela from the safety of our own home. Very highly recommended.”

“Fantastic presentation and pace”

“I enjoyed Angela’s humility and wisdom. She knew the material well, added in some of her own stories from her experience with clients, and also was straightforward with answers. She was reasonable in that she made it clear that this material is good so long as both partners make an agreement to do the hard work.”

“Loved your energy and skill in presenting the information. Well placed and highly organized.”

“Very thoughtful, engaged, and attentive to our needs. She kept on a very good schedule and completed all the expected coursework. I enjoyed her sharing from her own experiences to help us through the process.”

“Good pace. Relevant slides were helpful. 1:1 when we got stuck.”

“Prefer your personal interpretations over videos and slides of other academic work.”

“It was a great workshop! A weekend with you is like 6+ months of weekly, 1-hour counseling sessions.”

”You, Angela, and the Gottmans helped us change our journey from divorce to powerful healing, repair, and reconciliation. We will continue to practice what we learned and I thank you for being an essential part of our journey.”
