$130-150 per 50-minute session (a limited
number of reduced rate slots are available -
ask for details)
Payment For Appointments
As licensed psychologists, our services are
likely covered in full or in part by your health insurance or
employee benefit plan (HSA/FSA). Please check your coverage
carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my annual deductible and has it been
met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does
my plan cover?
- Does my plan allow for use of
out-of-network providers?
- What is the cost sharing component/split?
- Is approval required from my primary
care physician?
- Are there standardized forms I will need
to submit for reimbursement? Where do I find these?
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you
have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be
required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
Please call as soon as possible if you have trouble making your
appointment time, in some cases exceptions to the 24hr policy
can be made.
Secure Online Bill Payment
You may pay for your session
by check at your appointment time. As an added convenience to
our clients we also offer the option to pay for services online using a major credit card or PayPal®
account.
If you would like to use a major credit card, you
will need to do so here on the web site, before the appointment.
***Please note: You
do
not need to sign-up for a PayPal® account to use this
service. However, you will be given the option to create an
account if you wish to save your billing information for future
payments. Payments should appear on your credit card bill as "PAYPAL *KENTLANDSPS".

website. There you can enter your payment
amount and the date of service you are
paying for through a secure encrypted connection. When you are
finished you will be returned to this page.
