If we don’t feel our staff can drive safely, we will call and/or e-mail you and ask to reschedule. Please call your therapist and double check if you have not heard from him or her and the weather is questionable. (240-252-3349)

If you don’t feel safe and prefer to stay home, PLEASE both e-mail and call us to ensure contact ASAP so that we can adapt our schedule as needed (i.e., come in later, leave early, eat lunch, offer the time to others, etc). If you do this there will be NO cancellation fee. If you no show, without making contact, then we will ask you to pay for your session time as booked.

If you and your therapist agree, you may be able to have your appointment by telephone or video telemedicine via your smart device. Ask your therapist for details. 

In limited cases, if you live in the Kentlands or Lakelands your therapist may be able to meet with you in your home. Please inquire with your therapist directly to discuss if this is possible.
