Don't Ask, Don't Tell at 13

In my experience there are “safe” providers at many, maybe even most, military mental health clinics.  If you know who those providers are, then you’re set.  If you don’t, you still have options.

If you are looking for assistance from a therapist with some familiarity with your military life style and with whom you can speak freely about your whole life in the process, then I'd be happy to speak with you about whether I might be able to offer you the kind of support and assistance you’re looking for.

I was on active duty for six years as a Navy Psychologist.  I understand both personally and professionally some of the challenges that come with this life style (geographic separations, overseas stationing, etc).  Give me a call.
